Prior to joining Endeavour Health, Yadin was a director at Grosvenor Park Investment Partners, a mezzanine debt focused fund backed by a $30 billion hedge fund based in New York. Prior to joining Grosvenor Park, Yadin worked as a financial analyst at Broadview International, an investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the IT sectors. Yadin holds an MBA from the London Business School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his role as co-founder of Endeavour Health, Jonathan is co-founder and director of Bridgeview Partners, a boutique financial advisory firm which sources and structures transactions for institutional investors including hedge funds, real-estate funds and private equity funds. Previously, he was founder, CEO and director of Nations Healthcare, one of the largest diagnostic and surgery centre companies contracted in the United Kingdom to build, staff and manage centres which diagnose and treat 300,000 patients annually. Jonathan is a medical doctor and has also earned law, business, and economics/policy qualifications.
He is a graduate of the University of Chicago, having completed both an MD and an MBA under Chicago's dual degree program. He was educated as a lawyer, receiving his BA degree from Oxford University, and additionally holds an MSc in Health Economics and Policy from Stanford University and a BA in Government from Harvard University. In addition to advisory roles for UK-based companies, Jonathan often acts as an advisor to US companies, including insurers and medical management firms; serves as an elected director to the Board of the Oxford University Society, Oxford's international alumni organisation; is a non-executive director on IDTM’s board, a Swedish company with international operations in the sports drug testing industry; and is a Co-opted Trustee of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution.
Flavio is a medical doctor, having earned an MD with honors from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Prior to entering medical school, he was educated as an engineer, receiving BS degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering, and a Minor in Mathematical Sciences from Johns Hopkins University. Flavio currently holds an appointment as a Clinical Fellow in Surgery at Harvard Medical School, completed an NIH-funded postdoctoral fellowship in tissue engineering and drug delivery and has several grants and publications in this field.
Marius is the Founding Principal of Alpha 6 Management LLC, a Chicago-base private equity firm focusing on the middle market in the manufacturing and healthcare industries. Previously, Marius worked with McKinsey & Company, the global strategy consulting firm, for nearly 5 years where he advised companies in the healthcare, air transport, travel, car parts, and consumer goods industries on issues of strategy and operations. Marius specialised in growth strategies, purchasing, supply chain, and cost management. Before joining McKinsey & Company, Marius also interned with Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG, as well as for The Boston Consulting Group and Goldman Sachs in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Marius holds a PhD in Strategic Management and an MA in Business from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
